Input Web Placement

PURPOSE

Instead of using a shape from the shapes library, a stringer member can be defined by referencing plates from the plate library for web and flanges. This is similar to using the built up W1 (Input Built-up Shape Types - W1 ) shape but you have more freedom to make changes in web and flange dimensions along the length of a stringer.

Do not use this entry with Shape Placement placement, but you can include Cover Plates
